The short version: we hold your email address and the interests you picked, we use them to send you the events email you signed up for, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we store the email address you typed and the categories you picked, along with your area — that's what the emails and the "for you" page are built from. We never ask for your name, phone number, or a password; there are no accounts.
How the emails work
Our email provider reports standard delivery signals — whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link in it was clicked. We use those signals to confirm your subscription is really you, to keep the list healthy, and to learn which kinds of events are worth your inbox. We don't use them for anything else.
Cookies
When you arrive from a link in one of our emails (or right after signing up), we set a cookie so the site can show you your personalized list without a login. That's its only job. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Who else touches the data
We run on standard infrastructure providers — hosting, a database, and an email delivery service — which process data on our behalf to operate the service. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately. If you'd like your information deleted entirely, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
