Dinner set along the Elk River at Marabou Ranch bringing together Baja chefs Alberto Collarte Pindar and Miguel Guerrero with Steamboat local Chef JC Stevens and Denver's Chef Dana Rodriguez (six-time James Beard Award nominee, including the 2023 Outstanding Chef category) for a collaborative evening driven by fire, flavor, and personality. The night begins with cocktails along the Elk River from innovative Baja mixologist Dano Sánchez before moving into the lodge for a wine paired dinner featuring Songs by Bodega de Edgar. Winemaker Edgar Torres will pour and share the story behind his small-production wines inspired by French varietals, family memory, and music. Transportation provided to and from Marabou Ranch.
